9. Photo Capture System
For the purpose of access control, a reference photo is taken of you when you pass through a turnstile equipped with a camera for the first time. Each subsequent passage through such a turnstile results in a control photo being taken. Our staff compare the reference photo with the control photos to verify access authorization.
The reference photo is deleted immediately after the ticket expires, and control photos are deleted no later than 30 minutes after the respective turnstile passage. All data is stored encrypted.
This data processing is based on the legitimate interests of the data controllers (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to prevent unauthorized transfer of tickets, as this is expressly prohibited by contract.
